DESCRIPTION: The highland barley adapted to the ultraviolet mechanism of the snow plateau is selected to effectively combat the erythema caused by ultraviolet light. Rich in flavonoids, phenylpropyl, polyphenols and carotenoids and other secondary metabolites, highland barley polyphenol content is much higher than corn, wheat, rice and oats, among which ferulate acid content is the highest, accounting for about 68% of the total phenol content, can effectively play a synergistic antioxidant, resist ultraviolet rays, reduce the role of light damage to the skin.
